How to Use – Step by Step

1. Connect the coupler. Wrap PTFE tape on the 1/4" NPT air inlet and screw in the supplied quick-connect nipple.
2. Oil the tool. Add 2–3 drops of air tool oil into the air inlet before each use.
3. Set the compressor to 90 psi (6.3 bar) and let the tank fill.
4. Attach the hose to the wrench’s quick-connect coupler until it clicks.
5. Fit the correct socket (9–27 mm) onto the 1/2" drive until it locks.
6. Set direction – forward to tighten, reverse to loosen.
7. Adjust power, start low and increase to avoid over-tightening.
8. Trigger in bursts and let the hammer action work the bolt.
9. Finish wheel nuts with a torque wrench to the correct final torque.
10. After use, disconnect the hose, drain the compressor and store the kit in its case.
