How to Use
- Check the disc for cracks, missing segments or a bent core before every use.
- Match the speed – confirm your grinder does not exceed 6,600 RPM for a 230mm disc.
- Mount correctly – unplug the grinder, align the arrow on the disc with the rotation direction, and tighten the flange nut.
- Fit the guard – always keep the blade guard between the disc and your body.
- Reach full speed before touching the material.
- Cut straight and light – guide with the disc’s own weight; do not force it.
- Cool on long cuts – lift the disc out every 10–15 seconds to clear dust and cool it.
- Cut deep material in stages rather than one deep plunge.
- Finish safely – let the disc stop completely before setting the grinder down.
