The Deli DCE820 is a corded, handheld electric air blower (Chinese: 吹吸风机 — literally “blow-suck fan”) driven by a 450 W high-speed motor spinning a centrifugal impeller inside a spiral volute housing. Air is drawn in through the guarded intake grille on the side of the body and forced out at high velocity through the detachable front nozzle.

How to Use the Deli DCE820 Electric Blower
Read the manual supplied with the tool before first use. The sequence below covers normal, safe operation of a 450 W handheld blower on a Kenyan 240 V supply.
Step 1 — Before You Plug In

💨 Blowing Mode
- Fit the tapered nozzle to the air outlet and twist until secure.
- Plug in and grip the tool firmly in one hand, nozzle pointing away from you.
- Squeeze the trigger gently to start at low speed, then increase pressure for more air.
- Press the lock button while holding the trigger for continuous hands-free running.
- Work from the top down and from the inside out, so dust is driven toward the exit, not back over cleaned surfaces.
