📋 How Do You Use This Product? (Step-by-Step)
- 1Select the right disc. Match the disc type to your material — segmented rim for concrete/masonry, turbo rim for fast general cutting, continuous rim for chip-free tile/marble. Confirm the arbor (centre hole) matches your machine (commonly 22.23 mm / 7/8").
- 2Inspect before use. Check the disc for cracks, missing segments or warping. Never use a damaged blade.
- 3Mount securely. Switch off and unplug the machine. Fit the disc with the rotation arrow matching the machine's spindle direction, then tighten the flange nut firmly.
- 4Fit guards & PPE. Keep the blade guard in place. Wear safety goggles, a dust mask/respirator, ear protection, gloves and close-fitting clothing.
- 5Start the cut. Let the machine reach full speed before contact. Bring the blade to the material gently — let the diamond segments do the work; do not force or push.
- 6Cut straight & steady. Apply light, even pressure and keep the disc perpendicular to the surface. Avoid twisting or side-loading, which cracks the blade.
