Product Description
DLC PU Foam 750ml is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane expanding foam engineered for filling, sealing, bonding and insulating gaps and cavities on construction and renovation sites. Supplied in a convenient 750ml straw-applicator aerosol can, it is dispensed as a soft paste that expands on contact with moisture in the air, then cures into a rigid, insulating cell structure that is tough and weather-resistant.

What Is This Product Used For?
DLC PU Foam is a fill – seal – bond – insulate product used across building, plumbing, electrical and general finishing work. Typical applications include:

How It Works & How to Use It
DLC PU Foam is a moisture-curing polyurethane. When the pressurised liquid is dispensed, the propellant expands it into a foam, and humidity in the air and on the substrate triggers a curing reaction that hardens it into a solid, load-bearing cellular mass.
- Prepare the surface. Clean off dust, oil and loose particles, then lightly mist the area with clean water — the foam bonds best to slightly damp surfaces.
- Prepare the can. Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, remove the cap and fit the applicator straw onto the valve.
- Apply. Hold the can upside down (valve pointing down). Fill the gap only about 40–50% full — the foam expands 2–3×. Work vertical joints from the bottom up.
- Let it cure. Tack-free in a few minutes; full cure in roughly 60 minutes. For deep gaps, apply in layers, misting lightly with water between coats.
- Trim & finish. Once cured, cut away excess with a sharp knife. Plaster, sand and paint over it. Protect exposed foam from UV with paint, sealant or trim.
- Clean up. Remove fresh foam with acetone or PU foam cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
