Golden Rustic Oak SPC Flooring (XJ83005) is a Stone Plastic Composite vinyl plank. The core is natural limestone powder and PVC stabilisers pressed into a dense, rigid board, topped with a high-definition oak décor film, a clear wear layer and a UV coating. It looks like natural oak and feels solid underfoot, yet it is waterproof and far tougher than laminate or timber.
The colour is a light-to-medium golden oak with white-limed grain: warm honey and caramel tones with fine pale streaks. It brightens small rooms, suits modern, Scandinavian, farmhouse and rustic interiors, and hides everyday dust and footprints better than dark floors.

How to Install – Step by Step
SPC is a floating floor – not glued or nailed down. Shabbiri Hardware supplies materials only; ask us for contacts of independent experienced installers.

Acclimatise
Lay unopened boxes flat in the room for 24–48 hours at 18–27 °C.

Prepare the subfloor
Sweep, vacuum, check level and fix high or low spots. Undercut door frames.

Moisture barrier & underlay
On concrete, lay polythene with 200 mm taped overlaps, then underlay edge to edge.

Plan the layout
Run planks toward the main light source. Balance first and last rows (min. 50 mm).

First row
Leave an 8–10 mm expansion gap with spacers. Tongue side to the wall; angle and press short ends to lock.

Row by row
Start each row with the previous off-cut (min. 300 mm). Stagger joints 200–300 mm. Angle in at 20–30°, press down, tap gently.
7
Cut to fit
Score the face with a utility knife and snap. Jigsaw for pipes and frames. Pull bar for the last row.
8
Finish edges
Remove spacers. Fix skirting to the wall, not the floor. T-profiles at doorways and rooms over 15 m.
9
Clean & use
Damp-mop and walk on it immediately. Put felt pads under furniture.
📐 How Much Do I Need?
1. Room length × width = area in m².
2. Add 10% wastage (15% for diagonal layouts).
3. Divide by box coverage and round up.
Example: 4 m × 5 m = 20 m² + 10% = 22 m² ÷ 2.6 = 8.5 → order 9 boxes.
