3.25 to 3.75 litres of clean water, mixed slowly for at least 3 minutes. Do not exceed the maximum.
About 1.3 m² at 10 mm thickness (yield ~13.7 litres of mortar per bag).
No — on a properly roughened, pre-wetted substrate it bonds directly. For demanding cases, use SikaTop Armatec-110 EpoCem.
