Where to Use It
How to Install – Step by Step
- Measure & planWork out the room area in m² and run panels along the longest wall.
- Fix the branderingFix timber or metal brandering at 400 – 600 mm centres, across the panel direction. Keep it level.
- Fit the wall angleMark a level line and fix the PVC L-trim around all walls.
- Cut the panelsCut 5 – 10 mm shorter than wall-to-wall for expansion, face up, with a fine-tooth saw.
- Fix the first panelSlide it into the L-trim, groove to the wall, and fix through the tongue flange into every brandering.
- Click in the restPush each groove onto the previous tongue and fix the flange. Use H-joiners for end joints.
- Cut light openingsCut holes for downlights and fans with a hole saw. Use fittings suited to PVC ceilings.
- FinishSpring the last panel into the trim, fit corner trims and wipe clean.
How many panels do I need?
Room area ÷ 1.49 m² = panels. Add 5 – 10% for cutting.
Example: 4 m × 3.5 m = 14 m² → 14 ÷ 1.49 = 9.4 → 10 – 11 panels + 15 m of wall angle. WhatsApp us your room sizes and we'll work it out for you.

What does "heavy gauge" mean?
Thicker walls and stronger internal ribs than standard panels, so the ceiling is more rigid, sags less and resists dents.
Can I use HM-024 in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes. It is 100% waterproof and will not swell, rot or grow mould.
What brandering spacing should I use?
400 – 600 mm centres, across the panel direction. Closer spacing gives a firmer, flatter ceiling.
Can it be used outside?
Yes, under cover – verandas, eaves, soffits and car ports. Avoid constant direct sun.
