Waterproof Shade Net 100% 300 GSM Green 25m x 3m – Roll (75m² Coverage) | UV-Treated HDPE
Waterproof Shade Net 100% — 300 GSM Green
A heavy-duty, fully waterproof green shade net that blocks sun and rain. One 3 m × 25 m roll covers 75 m² — ideal for carports, parking bays, kiosks, terraces, poultry houses and privacy fencing across Nairobi and Kenya.
Product Overview
Ordinary shade nets let rain straight through. This 100% waterproof shade net is made from UV-treated HDPE at a heavy 300 grams per square metre, so it gives you full shade and keeps the space underneath dry. The deep green colour blends with gardens and compounds, and the dense weave gives complete privacy from outside.
Buy a full roll for large covers, or buy per square metre and pay only for the size you need.

How to Install
- Measure the area — length × width in metres, plus about 0.3 m extra on each side for fixing.
- Build a strong frame — steel pipes, timber or cables. Waterproof nets carry rain load, so the frame must be firm.
- Give it a slope — tilt the cover so rainwater runs off and does not collect in the middle.
- Pull it tight — stretch evenly from all sides; a loose net flaps in wind and holds water.
- Fix securely — use cable ties, eyelets with rope, or batten strips every 30–50 cm along the edges.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this shade net really 100% waterproof?
Yes. Unlike normal knitted shade nets, it stops rain from passing through. Install it with a slope so water runs off instead of pooling.
Can I buy less than a full roll?
Yes. It is sold both as a full 3 m × 25 m roll (75 m²) and per square metre.
What does 300 GSM mean?
GSM is grams per square metre. At 300 g per m² this is a heavy, thick net — stronger and longer-lasting than lighter nets.
Can I use it for a greenhouse?
No — it blocks all light. For crops, use our 50% or 70% agricultural shade nets.
Do you install it?
We supply the material only, but we can share contacts of independent installers.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. Same-day delivery within Nairobi and next-day delivery countrywide on request.
